Celebrating 25 Years of Serving Single Mothers Experiencing Homelessness

Since 1988, Bridge of Hope Lancaster & Chester Counties has served single mothers experiencing homelessness in achieving permanent housing and financial stability through employment. In the 12 to 18 month program, each woman is offered care and support from staff and church-based mentoring groups in Lancaster and Chester Counties, Pa.
