Participation requires a great deal of work and commitment to seek and maintain housing as well as financial stability.

Do I want to secure permanent housing for my self and children? Is it the right time?

Bridge of Hope Families work toward:

Securing permanent and affordable housing.
Complying with the lease agreement.
Providing a safe place for self and dependent children.

Do I want to improve my earning capacity to meet my family’s financial expenses?

Bridge of Hope Families work toward:

Securing or maintaining full-time employment.
Increasing earning potential.
Defining and reaching goals for financial stability.
Paying bills in a timely manner.
Budgeting money in a manner that is helpful.

Do I want to increase my social support network in my community?

Bridge of Hope Families work toward:

Working with, learning from, and building friendships with a mentoring group from a local church.
Allowing mentors and staff persons to be involved in their life for the purpose of support, guidance and friendship.

Do I want to improve my well being through personal goals?

Bridge of Hope Families work toward:

Identifying and working on goals in the areas of physical, emotional, social and spiritual health while receiving Bridge of Hope program services.
